Getting banned falsely

Idk if this is how to do it, but my friend was wrongfully banned because someone sent game jolt an email with her account name saying she wanted to delete it. She did nothing wrong, and I just hope that they'll unban her... She didn't deserve this.... Her account name was @Cloverevolvedtosunny

Hi there,

That's not how it works. An account is only deleted if the user sends a message using the same email address that is associated with their account. The team informs that it's a permanent process and even asks for confirmation before removing it.

I'm sorry, I'm confused. Was she banned or she emailed in? In any case, she'll need to message Support because we don't share account-level details with anyone besides the account's owner. :/
