Hi. My friend Strings_Unbound44 forgot his password and he tried to reset it. The problem is that every time he enters his email in the forgot password section and click on the retrieve credentials button a page loads with the following message: "Internal Server Error There's been an error, and it's of the dubious kind." My friend would be glad if you could help him with this problem.

did you email them at all? Also have you received a response since you contacted the site devs in the first place? It would help give a better understanding of the situation as of now because it's been about 2 weeks, I think the devs would've given a response by now.

I don't need to e-mail them. As a moderator I have access to channels to hit the administration directly, and I can put on notices there in a way making very sure all responsible people are alerted.
And no, they did not yet respond to me, I would have given an update here if they did.
I can try to make the administrators go to this thread directly, as I understand your frustration.
Well, I received this forum link from the guy who needed help with his account and I tried helping him over Discord and nothing worked so I checked this post and I noticed that nothing happened for 2 weeks despite you contacting the site devs so it's a big question as to why something like this would take so long.

I don't know why it takes so long. Only the admins who still haven't replied to me yet can answer that. I've done all I can do, I'm afraid.
Sorry, we're only 2 people and can't get to all these issues in a timely manner. I'll take a look at it today hopefully. Sorry :(

Welcome to the necromancer's guild. The issues discussed here are over 2 years old....
(And mostly that also means people didn't read the context of the issue itself either, so before I call in any site devs, I wanna make sure if you INDEED suffer from an issue similar to what happened 2 years ago).
