To create a game, you need a game engine (if you don't want to completely build a rendering system and stuff). There are many engines to choose from, such as Unity (FTU) and Unreal Engine (Pay a certain percentage after a certain amount of income) for all types of games, or, what I use, Gdevelop, which is free to use, you don't need to learn how to code (but you can use javascript if you want to), and comes with a free texture maker. Also has good 2D light rendering.
If you need to learn how to code, you should get a study, Or if there is a college or middle school where you study, you can follow a ICT study.
Or you could follow tutorials on youtube.
