Can Someone Please Help Me And Explain How am i Supposed to play the games ?
I downloaded the Tmnt Shell Shocked Game and i dont know how i can played :C !!

The file you downloaded is a .zip file. When you double click this file in your file list, WinZip should automatically open showing you all it's contents. Then you just have to extract all the files to any folder you like. There should be a file among them suffixed with .exe, that is the file you need to run the game.
If you do not see the .exe suffix (as Windows often hides those) it's very likely the file has an icon pretty recognizable as the file to run.
That is all the help we can give over the internet, if you need more help, seek out a (real-life) friend to handle this for you who knows a thing or two about computers. In my experience it's much easier to help people face-2-face than over a forum.
That's a windows game, you need to uncompress it (most OSes have tools to uncompress zip files, usually you just open the file and drag anything that's inside to some other directory), then you need to run the file TMNT_SS.exe that's among those extracted files (it'll run only on windows, if you don't use windows then you might try using some form of emulation like Wine, which might work).

To me, it's saying the game doesn't support windows, that genuinely makes me sad because then I can't play the game...

i tried to get floating sandbox and gave the dev 1.99 but i cant see the play button and is not in the file when it sends me to microsoft store it is not there

There is no part in the folder of the game in which I have downloaded having a .exe suffix. I guess it's just unplayable, I can see all the data and sprites; but launching it just ain't happening.

downloaded those nights at rachel's. and it won't even let me open it/. says that it's a rar file and tries to open microsoft app store to "find the game". help?????
Where have you downloaded this game from? Is it a free version or a paid one? I'm asking because there's a huge difference between those two. When I've first heard about CS GO, I must admit that I've downloaded it illegally and I wasn't allowed to sell csgo skins for real money or join different servers in order to play with my friends. After I've bought the real deal, I had no problems at all and I was able to enjoy the game. Always make sure that you're buying your games from legit sources like Steam or any other platform that gives you the ability to buy a specific game
