When i try to install it, starts a download of the setup but then he says that im currently running the client. I click ok but it continues reappearing. What do i do?

It seems that you have the Desktop App open when trying to reinstall it. The Desktop App minimizes to the icon tray by default when you click the close button.
To quit completely, right click that icon and select quit. You can also quit by clicking your profile picture at the top right of any Desktop App screen, and selecting "Quit". Also check on your Task Manager if it's not open on the background.

Ok so im not actually english, but i quite understood what you said. When i close the desktop app it just close. I doesnt minimizes as the icon tray so what do i do? I even tried logging out...
