as I scrolled down to communities I thought you could make your own communites for where people can collab and talk about your game in the community that you created but I relaized that you cant make your own community's csan you guys plz make it so we can create our own communities.

I'm not fully sure what the plans for communities are, but the ideas are bigger than we have featured now, that much I know. Perhaps "the man" himself will have to tell you more. ;)

Click on the plus symbol on https://gamejolt.com/discover or if you already joined a community on the left in your sidebar.

FrezerNick already explained that. Just hit the plus in the community bar. It's now located on the left of your screen:
At least on desktop/laptop it is.

need to press down arrow and click +
But what if your on mobile and don't have discord and don't want to get it?

no but how do you MAKE your OWN communities not join them!
