I held off on this until we got chat performance figured out. Things seem much more stable now, so let's get some rooms going!
To kick things off, I created a new room called #discussion. I want a room for the people that enjoy having more serious and mature discussions. It'll be much more heavily moderated with low tolerance. Anyone not contributing to discussion will be muted.
Anyway, let's get some more rooms thought through, yeah? We will need to come up with the rooms and also their descriptions. The descriptions should include rules to give guidelines to mods as well as users chatting.
When someone suggests a new room, reply directly to the post to give it a +1 or say why you don't like the room.
After that we can start coming up with descriptions for them and rules.
