Hi, I just realized I made a big mistake.
I remembered that there was a form below the official rules at the following link: https://form.jotform.com/211944826415155 which is now no longer available.
I read the rules before participating in the event, but in the final minutes when I uploaded my game I forgot to go to the form page to fill it out and submit it. I accepted the rules and submitted my game during the deadline, but forgot to submit the form.
Am I disqualified?
Is there still a solution?
I hope so, because I really want to have the opportunity to win.
