Anxietytale is an Undertale AU created by hheisa, featuring artwork inspired by Mildly Famous.
Sans' behavior has undergone significant changes, now plagued by severe anxiety that deeply concerns his brother, Papyrus.
Previously reminiscent of Classic!Sans, a theory now circulates suggesting something traumatic may have triggered this shift. The transformation occurred during a leisurely walk through Waterfall together, when Sans suddenly vanished before Papyrus's eyes. After a frantic search, Papyrus found him just a few steps ahead, visibly shaken and clearly traumatized. (That's what I heard, not sure)
