Okay, DDI Chapter 2 was honestly better than what I thought it would be. Hell, even remastering the first chapter to be a bit more fitting and improved plus it was a great decision to go for as well. Now as for adding an intro sequence to the game was honestly perfect as well. Plus, it also makes more sense for the story as well, but unlike the old DDI, I think redoing a bit of the story to make it feel more of sense to us was good in my opinion. Even though the old DDI had a confusing story, the remaster has a more of story that makes sense, but that is my opinion.
Now as for the chapter one remaster, I think it did well even the boss fight was great. For example, we still have to touch the demon stars but with more of a twist. We have to doge the father while he throws rocks at us, but I think there are two or three we just touch and run. Which it was good to add something to the boss while keeping the old stuff. And the escape sequence was honestly better than the old one, because it felt more intense, but again that's my opinion. But overall chapter one remaster was a 10 out of 10 for me. Now as for chapter two, I think it was great. The level, boss, and music fits the garden center. But what made me blow my mind was that zone two was a flipping bio dome. And honestly it gave me vibes from COD: Zombies, and the map I'm talking about is Moon. That is what zones two reminds me of, but you guys made that zone feel so realistic and more in your style of a bio dome so great job on that.
As for zone one it was honestly great. And adding the people that are turned into stone made it feel so damn creepy, that I myself wouldn't want to be there but that's me. Now as for the boss it was great and honestly hard as well, but it was fun, so I say the boss is great so was the escape sequence. So overall this game was awesome and great.
MUST PLAY fangame for any dd fans - honestly as good as the original, plus there's still loads more to come. GET HYPED
For a fangame, this game blew me away. VV is an amazing level with a really good soundtrack. Honestly I liked the level more than DD level 2. Visuals, cutscenes, and voice acting are incredibly well done. Chapter 3 is going to be AMAZING.
Hello, Here`s the chapter 2 video.
Dark Disillusion Chapter 2 Full Walkthrough Gameplay #2ć Dark Deception Fan Game ć
Honestly,Ā Chapter 2Ā exceeded all my expectations and then some. Hands down, it's the best DD fangame to ever exist.
VV looks better than all of the original DD, and theĀ TwoLipsĀ boss fight was really good. It looks amazing, especiallyĀ Zone 2, and could be mistaken for an officialĀ Dark DeceptionĀ level.
Remastering CC was a very good decision, and I can actually run it on my computer smoothly without any issues. The boss was significantly improved; previously, it was simply about "outrunning a single enemy," but now it feels much more like a proper boss fight.
I was surprised by the intro level. TheĀ HusklandsĀ were great. My only complaint is that you can't replay it through replay mode. I'm really excited for what's to come inĀ Chapter 3. It's a 10/10 game and i highly recommend it to anyone who liked Dark Deception.
