• There will be 1 phase, along with Hard and Easy modes

• There will be a new Soul type - the Fire Soul (when you have the Flower)

• There will be a 2P Versus mode where you race to beat Mario the fastest

• The games screen will be the same size as the NES - 256 x 224 Pixels
