This game is being made from scratch.
Fakemon Gem is a fangame of what I cannot say, only some story made... VERY early in development, so... nothing else to say.
STORY: You, your family, and strangers moved to the Gem Islands, which were just discovered, to do research on the newly discovered fakemon, then there were stowaways discovered on the ships you took and they spread across the different islands hiding in different caves, or underwater bases, and your father, who's name is Professor Pine, went to look for the stowaways.

Every fakemon in this game is planned to be from this website, phoenixdex.alteredorigin.net they do allow me to take the fakemon from there.
Controls: Arrow keys to move, Z to do basic commands (like confirm and interact), X to go back, C to pause the game and go through your menu.
Fakemon battle sprites made by a friend, others by me.

Newest version is pretty small, it only changes the title screen because it did not fit the theme before i changed it, and also some small dialogue changes, and also bug fixes.

This game is being renamed "Fakemon Gem" to compensate that Fakemon Opal already existed before this.
I just found out about this fakemon game called the same thing as mine... So... I am really sorry for accidentally stealing your fangame name!
I will still work on this game though.

Here are the currently made pokemon sprites! They are the same size by the way, the grass type one is just each visible pixel is 2x2 pixels.
