I have no idea where this key for the place is bruh. I've been looking around and haven't seen it anywhere.
I even wanted to promote this on my channel but I'm a small youtuber and I'm from Brazil.
I tried a few times and I can't figure out when to go and when to not on the first jumpscare scene when you turn on the fuse box. The arcade machine in the room is too loud and I can't here Asher Ashington lol
I'll play it, but it's your fault if i need therapy after playing my first scary game in 2-3 years.
Hey there!!!!
Dissociative Fugue:
A dissociative fugue is a temporary state where a person has memory loss (amnesia) and ends up in an unexpected place.
Basic Plot:
Amidst the raging storm, seeking refuge from the chaos, you stumble upon an old, abandoned building called "Hopper Bunny's Funplex". You enter the building, and inside, a strange sense of familiarity washes over you. You can't seem to put your finger on why. With your flashlight in hand, you venture deeper into the Funplex, driven by a sense of unquenchable curiosity.
With each and every step, the allure of the Funplex grows stronger and stronger, urging you to keep pushing forward through the darkness in search of answers.
The History of TFF:
"The Forgotten: Fugue" has a very long and confusing history. It started when I was 12, inspired by the idea of a FNaF fangame where you find yourself lost in the woods and stumble upon a creepy, abandoned factory with forgotten animatronics: Hops, Daisy, Ash, and Puppet. I called it "M1SS1NG" and even made a playable demo, which is still out there! But as much as I wanted to finish it, my skills with Unreal Engine just weren’t there yet, so I had to put the project aside until I had more experience with the engine.
A couple of years later, with more Unreal Engine experience, I brought the game back as "M1SS1NG: Remastered". This version had better graphics, new models, and took place at "Hops’ Pizza", where the animatronics first came from. I spent about three years working on it on and off, but eventually, I felt the passion fading. The magic that drove me wasn’t there anymore, and I felt like I was forcing myself to keep going. That’s when I realized I needed a full reset to get back to the excitement I first felt.
So, I started fresh with "The Forgotten: Fugue". This isn’t just a reboot; it’s a whole new game built from scratch in Unreal Engine 5, with incredible new features that let me fully realize my vision. Now the game is set in the abandoned "Hopper Bunny’s Funplex", with renamed and remade animatronics: Hopper Bunny, Daisy Mae, Asher Ashington, and Quinn Dolly. This project has fully reignited my passion, and I’m really excited with the direction it's going in right now. It feels like my biggest, most personal project yet. It's like my magnum opus as an indie dev! I absolutely can't wait for you to dive in and experience this game.
