you still developing this? it looks really good
You're trapped in your house from Monday to Friday and have to defend each night against 4 monsters. Every night the monsters will attack you in a different room so you have to stay on your feet and adapt to your surroundings. Don't worry you won't be clueless on how to defend, every night a there's page in the room telling you how to defend against the monsters that night.
Can you make it through all 5 dangerous nights?
Just click stuff, the only keyboard input is R which you press 3 times to reset your game progress. The pages each night will tell you what to click but the pages are quite cryptic so you can't rely on them for everything. The green squares with gray arrows mean to turn or move and most other inputs pretty clear.
From the day I exported the first sprite to the day the game released was 222 days.
I created the office level before even designing the characters.
The game was originally developed on scratch but was moved to Turbowarp.
DiamondAce gave me the idea to add the box counter in the attic.
The attic was originally supposed to have only 100 boxes.
Most of the sounds are from the Scratch website but the music in the bedroom was played by me.
When I first made the box counter it was supposed to have a small chance to say HELP in red but that never made it into the game.
I drew all the different TV shows in the living room in a car.
The 1.0.0 version has 4061 Turbowarp code blocks.
(Turns out 8 of those were unnecessary and caused a bug so those were removed in 1.0.1)
In the game show in the living room there's a 3rd person you can't see because they're right behind the remote.
