How can I download it on phone?
It's a good idea, but it's not very pleasant to look at the black corners in the corner.
I would like a slightly lighter picture if possible...

How to apply on PC:
1.left click "example_livery.png"
2.right click "example_livery.png"
3.find "copy"
4.put it in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Illegal Race Tuning - Real car racing multiplayer\Livery
or
Illegal Race Tuning - Real car racing multiplayer/Livery
5. Hold "Ctrl" and then click "V"
Note:
-You have to own the car you wanna wear the livery, buy "custum" livery option and load
-I am not very good at making livery/s
-You have to buy car body parts manually!
-change color visable on "color.png" or subcolor on "sub.png"
