I must say the game is nice the music is nice. I really love the quiet moment in the city. But I think the music is a bit too loud as well as the sound effects and needs to be balanced. The beginning of the game was quite boring as it was like playing a dull version of Mario. The boss fight would also be better if there was some sort of damage indication. And I might be a bit too late on this whole thing it seems as it was for Adventure Jam which makes it reasonable for those little mistakes. Great game for being created in such a short time.

The main character is pretty and the set up looks interesting, but I think there is a lot of walking and not much to do... SFX are not very pleasing and music gets annoying quickly. Keep creating stuff!

Nice sound design and music. I also like the very simple graphical style and the proportions of things. I can't say I care for the gameplay at all, at the point where I reached the city my fingers were numb from holding down the walk button.

I agree with some of the other commenters about the pacing. There's a lot of walking, but not much variation when it comes to enemies, at least not at first.

But there's a lot of interesting stuff her as well. The sense of desolation and visual style works well. The character design, especially on the protagonist, is cool. And even though I'm not very good at platforming the game held my interest.

There's something enticing with this less is more-style of storytelling. I think that worked really well and is probably what I liked the most!
