The year is 1984. You decide to take up the security guard position for convenience store named 'Kaden's' within the small town of Mirem, Michigan. Little did you know, this job would come with more responsibility than you initially signed on for.
Kaden's is a part fan-game, part original game where you take on the role of a security guard who must watch over the convenience store. The basic premise and mechanics is inspired by Five Nights At Freddy's, though it has no connection to Scott Cawthon's series. Instead, it tells an original story.
The atmosphere of the game is intended to be reminiscent of analog horror and the 80s as a whole. With an original soundtrack inspired by Stranger Things and 80s horror movies.
The game is loosely connected to the Spekktrum Connected Universe (SCU) and by extension Miremfall, but don't expect too much overlap yet.
The graphics of the game are intentionally a bit janky/old school, this is partially due to my lack of talent when it comes to 3D Modelling/Texturing.
