hi this is THUNDERTALE co founder i am sure this is a VERY unexcpected thing but our game was made in june 26 2020 while your game was made in july 21 2020 so our site was made before your site the name THUDNERTALE is for use to all the copyright rights are only for use of name of game and fangames for THUNDERTALE with only these rules you may NOT sell it for profitable money such as selling the game name you may NOT use the game we have made as if it was your game and you NOT lie to people and say this is your creation And you may NOT use the thundertale logo as if it was your's. We are truly sorry the same thing has happend to us sort of... we have made the site before you there has been many more but they all quited... so a lot of people sayed we have copied from them... we will never copy from anyone so you are free to use the THUNDERTALE name and make fangames for it if you will not do as the rules say we will have to report you with a caution that your site might be banned same with your account yours truly ~ the funny team
