Great job. Never seen such a simple and ingenious idea. I'm spending all my free time playing with this.
An old school vertical multiplayer arcade shot'em up. Up to 4 players can fight against waves and waves of (evil) airplains.
Shot, dodge, kill. Repeat.
The project started as a test for practicing with library SDL2. It ended to a playble (and enjoyable) status, so I decide to share it.
Gather some friends, grab a joystick (best arcade style) and start shooting. The game handles up to 4 joypads, the maximum number of players using only the keyboard is two.
Easy and immediate gameplay: move, one button to shoot, one to boost up. You can also shoot rockets: can you figure how?
Available for Windows and will shortly released for #linux (tested with Ubuntu).
