I really REALLY love the PMD feels I got out of the demo!

This is a PMD-Inspired fnaf RPG that takes place in a game produced by Fazbear Ent. You play as an amnesiac Springtrap who is completely lost as to why nobody likes him and everybody hates him.

Gameplay features include dungeon-crawling and a wide array of enemies and bosses to fight, as well as two VERY different branching paths, one of which involves purposefully seeking out glitches to discover some...interesting things.

changed windowskin a bit more + font, balancing for dungeon 1 is basically done now, there are now transition screens between floors

i may post a test build once I get rid of most of the default assets and replace them with my own. I think the game leading up to the first boss is good enough so far.

Today's work:

-Puppet boss fight 1

-Balancing updates

-Sparkly spots with items that may or may not be obtained

-Friendly Face enemy

-Minor map changes

updates:
-Got the enemies to move only when you do
-got it so that when you lose a battle, you are sent back to the start of the dungeon and lose all your money
-money will be kind of easy to obtain and there will be a banking system to lessen the blow

changing up the battler graphics
in the overworld enemies move only when you do, but it is a little bit finicky atm
you touch them they send you into a fight
uhhhh idk just punch em

the puppet neutral portrait sprite is done
she got a cool hat and is literally one of the only characters in this game to get any form of major redesign
(it's still not that much its just a cool hat)

damn i can't believe springtrap died before the game even started smh

In the meantime, here are some Springtrap portrait sprites-3 finished 1 WIP.

Okay, set up the game devlog.
I expect this project to take me maybe a year or so, considering all the character spritework I need to do (even while using the pre-made rpgmaker map tilesets), but I'll post what I have when I finish it.
