Story/Introduction
Fazbear Entertainment. That name has been the stuff of legends due to the company's long and dark history. The name has been associated with that of death, fear, dread, and misery. In 2024, Fazbear Entertainment opened a Freddy's location just to burn it to the ground with the animatronics and everything still inside. That includes William Afton himself who died due to a springlock failure just before the '93 Freddy's location was shut down. Something doesn't feel right though. What happens when a soul is too rotten, even for Hell itself? Is it banished to purgatory forever? No. It's much worse than that. The current year is 2031. Fazbear Entertainment opened a new horror attraction called Fazbear's New Fright. It seems there's one last thing that needs taking care of for Henry. Something that he regrets deeply for partaking in. My name is Michael Schmidt Afton, and I will find out the truth...
FNaF Mode
In Left to Rot's FNaF Mode, you take on the role as Fazbear Entertainment's lead investigator and Fazbear's New Fright's night guard, Samantha Welling. Your job is to make sure everything is safe inside the attraction as well as research and confirm the origins of any unknown or little-known animatronics. Will you survive all five nights and get your paycheck, or will you be stopped in your tracks by a sinister force lurking in the shadows?
Story Mode
In Left to Rot's Story Mode, you play as the son of Michael Afton, Michael Schmidt Afton II. A couple weeks back you received an email from your best friend Alex asking if you wanted to check out the new Fazbear's New Fright horror attraction in town. Without hesitation, you agree and head toward the building. What horrors await you inside? Will you survive your time there, or will you fall prey to whatever sinister forces lurk in the dark recesses of the building?
