Forgot to mention that the mod doesn't work for hardmode ironically

ADDED NEW ENCOUNTERS AND EDITED ALMOST EVERY MONSTER'S STATS. New Sans Attacks and Harder Asgore and Undyne the Udying attacks. Almost every monster's attacks are faster and spawn more.
