They Came From the Screen

This was my final assessment for my first year in my games development degree. We were required to create our own spin on Pac-Man, recreating the original game then creating a new level that tried to innovate on top of Pac-Man.

Story:

September 1983

Young Bill finds a curious looking VHS tape in his old man's attic. Being the speculative type and one to ignore his father's orders, he puts the tape in his VCR

Boom!

The TV explodes, bringing to life four horrors from the silver screen - Bobo the Carnivorous Clown, Robert the disgruntled hockey player, Frederick the hooked hoodlum and Molars the shark. It is now up to Bill to rid the world of these terrible foes.... or else!

Gameplay:

Level 1 - take on the evil ghosts in Pac-Man inspired arcade action!

Level 2 - Destroy the ghosts by collecting tokens in a more claustrophobic and thrill-inducing mode...
