Alteration is a fan-made AU created by Pixel-Icon15 that is a fan comic with gameplay elements. It brings a story that involves both key elements to both  Undertale™ and Deltarune™, while still trying to bring original features to add life to the story while staying true to the original source material.

Alteration Follows the story of a new protagonist; Sarah. As the last human to fall underground, Sarah must navigate a new, altered Underground. Follow her journey as she meets new and old friends alike, exploring new areas and events. Given the choice between FIGHT and MERCY, their fate lies in her hands.

This is the story of Undertale retold from a new perspective...
