About the Game
back_to_world is an educational adventure game with psychological horror elements, designed to teach visual representation of data structures and the practical application of basic algorithms - the foundation of programming.
56 years in cryosleep. 30 billion kilometers from home. Signals from Earth have long since faded. The New World Expedition space program sends you on a historic mission. You are the pilot of the research vessel ERV-01 “Space Wasp,” whose destination is the exoplanet Kepler-186f. As you uncover the secrets of a vanished civilization, you realize that their knowledge may hold the key to salvation. Your task is to find a way to break through the cosmic interference, and if Earth is still listening... will it hear you?
Gameplay
Code Is Your Only Weapon
Survival depends not on guns, but on your ability to think algorithmically. You control the spaceship and solve problems using the onboard terminal, with the help of the “STINGER” gadget. You’ll have to literally rewrite the systems’ logic in real time to avoid failure.
