Cute game! Liking it a lot so far -- the presentation is gorgeous and the mechanics snappy. Having to erase signs to get spaces back is especially neat. There's something so eerie about having to delete someone's last words to their family so you can survive...
I have a small hangup with the font you're using, though. Lowercase a's and o's look very similar, which makes some of the later fights a bit of a guessing game.
Also - it might be worth getting rid of the case sensitivity on the password doors. I had the password for the heart fruit right, but didn't realize that I had to type it in all lowercase.
Anywho, keep up the good work, I'm looking forward to seeing how this one turns out.

I love this game I wish a couple years back I had the chance to play this in typing class :D I love the music and the quirky dialog and the challenge of me saying "TYPE FASTER DONT LOOK AT THE GREAT PIXEL ART" good luck on the rest of the game
