What do you think?

Hello! I played your game and I have to say that it is amazing, although you could add at the beginning of the brief instructions on how to jump and general the move. But still a great game 9/10 .

Greetings, fellow gamers!

Bouncy Block is a very basic, yet difficult jump and run platformer game made to test the skills and patience of today's gamers. It includes; wall jumping, ledge grabbing, air jumping, and basic AI enemies. You must use all of these features comined to complete every stage. Your goal is to reach the red square at the end of each level, which is most often located in the very top right corner. There are currently 20(ish) stages that should keep you occupied for a good while.
Bouncy Block Plus is the one to play!
I hope you guys and girls will have a bit of fun whilst playing.
No-one said it was going to be easy!
Thank you, and please enjoy!
HUGE props to anyone that can beat this game!

Controls:
up_key = jump/airjump
left_key = left
right_key = right
left or right off a wall to wall jump
r_key = Level select

			Please take a look at all the pictures to understand the mechanics of combining wall-jumps with air-jumps.

Hints:

  • You can wall jump or ledge jump before air jumping

    • You can wall jump up the same wall as often as needed

    • You can hold on to a ledge before jumping to get more height

This is my first ever game, and is thus, still a work in progress.

All feedback on this project is much appreciated!

All music and sounds within the game were created by me and are at this point in time, place holders.

It was made with Game Maker: Studio.
