So i made the windows build a exe installer so the game's zip will not fill up your downloads folder everytime theres a update

oh and also i updated it so instead of that BORING scratch ask prompt ui, i grabbed BetterInput (https://github.com/TurboWarp/extensions/pull/818) code so its a popout for gamejolt login

updated the scoreboard arrangement but little so thats why i didn't change the version number

nothing new, just made it so you can see the title screen without the gamejolt panel button blocking half of it and the credits button small
