I have been playing this game quite a bit recently and while you can tell there was a lot of work put into it there are definitely some flaws. While I won't complain about the core gameplay mechanics because every fighting game is unique in it's own way there are definitely some things that need to be addressed. First there is a major glitch that is present the second you hop on to training mode and in many matches you play, if one character moves for any reason being that they walked dashed or were even knocked back by an attack the other character will move too. if someone moves closer to someone both of them move closer and if someone moves farther away both of them back up. this can at times make it very difficult to move around properly when trying to space yourself properly or when one player is attempting to rushdown and the other player is attempting to back away.
Another major flaw in this game is the sheer amount of ridiculously easy infinite combos. many characters like SpongeBob can throw someone, dash over to them, grab them out of the air and then throw them again forever, and many characters like Jimmy Neutron can also just hold forward and mash the light punch button and combo them until there health runs out. While not every character has an infinite as easy as one of these two options almost all of them have an infinite of some kind that can be set up in some way.
The final thing I have to say is that some of the mechanics apply to some characters and not to others. for example jump squat (the amount of time it takes a character to go from standing to in the air after a jump) only exists on some characters like SpongeBob. Others such as Korra can jump into the air immediately with ease giving them a huge advantage. Korra can jump then immediately press an attack to use an aerials on the ground. and because her aerial attacks cause her to fall immediately after she uses the attack she instantly hits the ground. combined with the fact that this game has no landing lag (the time before you can do something after you hit the ground) her attack ends immediately meaning if you use this tactic you have a whole set of moves that are basically free because even if the opponent blocks or dodges them the attack ends instantly rather than leaving her open for attack. Korra isn't the only character that can do this either just about anyone who has no jump squat and aerials that move you in the air can do this.
There are many mechanics to this game I disagree with as well but those could very well be the result of them just being different and most of them are bearable. Really what's holding this game back is the fact that many characters have so many broken things about them the game still feels unfinished and needs a fine tuning. I am still happy to see that this game definitely has POTENTIAL and I am exited to see what will happen to it in the future.
Your fan games is so cool.
But what's the "2D Fighter Maker 2002" is?

-Story-
Tonight was the Night of the Afterlife, and The Flying Dutchman was determined to become the most feared spirit of all!
So, he got an idea.
He would open a dimensional rift throughout the Nicktoons universe, and search for the strongest souls to devour.
As the sun rose, The Flying Dutchman began..
Rifts to other worlds began appearing around the Nicktoons universe!
Anyone could go through them at will!
But how would The Flying Dutchman find the perfect feast with this many souls floating around?
Knowing that many people love to compete with others, the Flying Dutchman sends an ad throughout the rifts, advertising a false tournament. The winner of the tournament is said to win a large money prize and an “extra reward”.
However, that “extra reward” won’t be as great as it sounds...
-Gameplay-
CSF is a 2D Fighting Game. Up to two players can play at a time in 1 on 1 matches. Players select their character, a stage, and use Normal Attacks, Grabs, Combos, or Special Moves in order to lower your opponent’s HP. When your HP hits 0, you are KOed. Up to three rounds can occur in one fight. The player who wins two rounds wins the battle.
Players can fill an SP (Super Power) bar overtime by attacking, which allows players to use Super Moves, more powerful versions of Special Moves. The power of these Supers vary based on what Level of SP you have. Every battle also has a Time Limit at 99 seconds.
Players can also play through Story Mode, a mode that lets the player fight 6 1v1 battles before battling the Final Boss.
