Wow, you made this in two days?
It's exceptionally well-done. I have to admit, I'm generally a bit weary of horror games of this style, but this game was impressive! Initially, when you are still exploring the train station and the areas around it, it feels eerie but nothing compared to later on when you visit the manor and other areas. The atmosphere was great, and the general vagueness of the endings, the plot, and the environment contributes to the scare level of the game. The puzzles were pretty demanding, and definitely more complicated than the typical find-the-key-in-the-drawer. The music and the songs are really well done as well, with the creepy tracks in particular making the player feel quite uneasy. On a last note, I absolutely loved the concept of the Host! Really entertaining, couldn't wait for his lines as I progressed in the game. Good job on the voice acting as well.
Found this game on steam a while back. and i think its Awesome !

Here’s a drunk letsplay/gameplay for you if you’re still on the fence about playing this game, and if you are I have one question for you, what the hells wrong with you??
Hey there! Just wanted to drop a note and tell you how much I loved your game! I had already played Red Haze when I finally got around to this one as my first let's play but I'm glad the former led me here.
The Host is quickly becoming one of my favourite horror indie game characters and I'm definitely looking forward to playing the sequel (+DLC) and Hollow Bliss! :)

Welcome, ladies & gentlemen!
A-ha, how y'all doing? Now, the name of the game is to answer truest to yourself. There's no right and wrong, everyone's a winner! Ooorrr a loser, depending how you think about it. Life is all about perception, you see. Onto the first question!
You're a murderer, we all know it. But do you think you are?
Close Your Eyes is an early 2014 horror game I made for Ludum Dare 29 #LDJAM in two days. While there were elements of the game I liked, there were a lot of problems with it, so I've decided to spend a few more days on it, remove elements and sections I didn't like, cut down on the long 'walking' segments, and add a lot of new content to make it really a whole new game.
Through a stroke of sheer luck, you've managed to escape death row. Taking to an underground subway, you try to find your salvation. Can he break free of the past that binds you, and please, can you close your eyes? Just close them.
All sprites, music, sound effects, and voicing are by myself. If you decide to play, make sure to install the font in the font folder if the text appears off-adjacent with the game window and trails off the screen.
