Вау, только что прошли демку с друзьями и даже читали по ролям, нам очень зашло ставим 9.5 курящих ворон из 10, пара странных стен немного портят впечатление, ну и нашёлся баг, если телепортироваться куда угодно во время сцены с горами, обратно вернуться не выйдет, ждём фулл!

I found this game through a post made by the creator of Underswap Echoed. I am so glad they made a post, this demo was super good. The combat feels amazing, almost like a combination of Earthbound and Mario & Luigi. Keep up the good work, I am really looking forward to more

this game is funny af. didn't expect to be laughing my ass off over a "your mom" joke, but the way it came out of nowhere and by Guy of all people. that dude can be so intentionally and unintentionally funny at the same time

Scourge of Scavengers - an indie top-down classic-like RPG made solely by fanimator (That's meeee!) It is heavily inspired by Earthbound, Undertale and OFF, so expect some weirdness and things outta your mind. Which makes me need to inform you...

This game's theme is built around really strange things, and it has mentions of depression and suicide, while putting them onto a "somewhat" humorous side. I just wanted to say that despite what this game will contain in the end, please, if you are struggling with depression and/or intrusive thoughts, find help. You are not alone, there are people that care and it won't hurt to ask for their assistance. And please, don't take anything shown here too serious. It is just a silly game about birds and infection, it is not meant to bring any harm!

Now about the game itself. It will be an old-themed RPG with turn-based combat and top-down movement, loved by many pixelated graphics and a general feeling of the Super Nintendo era (with a little extra flavor for various reasons). You'll be taking the role of a depressed young adult that struggles with self-hatred and intrusive thoughts. He, (un)luckily, is the only one left that can at least try and fight back the infernal army of crows, and there will be an assistant of his. Will he do it, or perish like all the others? That is for you to find out!

This is one of the few indie projects I ever tried. It's gone a very long path until it could become this. Out of all projects I've had, this is one of the two that I feel genuine care for, and therefore am really excited to get it further beyond!
The idea of the game has started with another original indie project made by my friend, which I won't spoil at all in case this ever becomes popular, but... Well, it is not based off of it, but I did want to have a similar mysterious and weirdcore vibe, so I might as well give it my all!
