It's been years since the release of "Godman"'s Cut Man's Bad Scissors Day, one of the world's worst MM2 rom hacks, has been both praised and mocked for its bizarre iconicity. This year, Cut Man returns in the sequel of the worst ROM hack ever, attempting to fix its previous errors from the past. Fight both old and new fiends and rechallenge the folks over at the evil Mr. Quaker Oats company, who dare to fill the world's population with forced feeding of oatmeals!

STORY
It's been several years since Cut Man's victory against Wilford Brimley, the advertiser for the Mr. Quaker Oats company. After retrieving his giant cutter and becoming king again he has met a new friend, Elec Man, in a celebratory party. Later on, things have changed. But for Wilford, who has arisen again, he decided to lead a full assault on Cut Man's house. Now that his house has been destroyed... his giant cutter has been stolen again... shattered in pieces. Cut Man, furious over Wilford's return, settles for a new adventure.

Using WreckingProgram's Mega Engine, Cut Man's Bad Scissors Day: The Return of Oats's new experience takes you back to the Game Boy days, basing it to Capcom's Game Boy-era Mega Man games. In this fan-made sequel...
