Welcome to Sonic.exe Darkened Spirits! A new Sonic.exe game that takes place a year after Sonic Mania!
What is it about?:
Sonic.exe Darkened Spirits is a Sonic.exe type game based of the infamous creepypasta. If you care to read it then you can search for it online. I should warn you that it's pretty bad and you might have a laugh.
Darkened Spirits has the main 3 from said creepypasta but now with 2 added characters Mighty the Armadillo and Ray the Flying Squirrel from SegaSonic The Hedgehog/Sonic Mania Plus! With these characters they can join there friends to escape from Exrath but fighting them won't be that easy.
It's unknown when the full game will be done, it may be out somewhere in 2019 or 2020. The full game would include multiple endings and some minor improvements as the game keeps on developing. Demos will come out to showcase the new content this game will have. Playthroughs and feedback on YouTube or the comments is appreciated!
Anyways, hope to get this game out for you guys and soon might take a break and develop a sequel when I have the time. Anyways see you on the flip side!
Story:
One day, a demon named Exrath has gone to the surface and heads to Angel Island to find the Phantom Ruby after it was sealed away. Once he finds it, he corrupts it into it's own weapon known as the Blood Ruby. With it captures his first target the hero of Mobius, Sonic the Hedgehog. After succeeding he takes his place to concur Mobius by taking out anyone who he sees. 4 heroes and 1 villain will risk there lives to get there friend back, but it won't be easy for them as they have to survive from his hellish powers. Will they be able to survive? Or will they perish and die in the wrath of the demon?
What's this? Exrath is getting a REDESIGN?! Yep! More info would be added tomorrow! Plus something I've been working really hard which doesn't involve the game but a spritesheet for Exrath's new design.
