Can you please add a frequency limit for feeding Fido? Maybe, he can't be fed if he was fed less than 5 minutes ago?

This game is another social experiment. All you have to do is feed FIDO. To feed FIDO, drag an image from your computer into this page. You can also ask a friend to feed FIDO by simply going to this page. Anyone in the world can feed FIDO. You can also chat with other users if they're online.
If FIDO doesn't eat for 24 hours, he will starve to death. Don't let FIDO starve!

This is really just a social experiment. In terms of gameplay, there's nothing except giving food to FIDO. Yet, if you fail to feed FIDO, it will die. Let's see how long the world can take care of FIDO and see how long he can live.
