This game is really fun and super funny. I couldn't stop laughing xD
The only issue I had was restarting the game in-game (if that makes sense). I failed by wiping the troll blood off Flork and tried to restart, but it glitched out and spammed trillions of sentences. Please make more games like this <3

This demo shows off core game mechanics. This is not a demo of the FLORK game. It shows the day counter, how choices are made, the look of the game, and more. It includes an exe file, so if your OS can't open those, find an app that can, or inform me so I can make a version for your OS.

FLORK is a text based adventure game like Zork (1980). It has self-aware jokes, puns, and... that's it! Go through the creepy basement, or wander in the forest for hours with your best friend FLORK as your sidekick. Don't forget to beat it in less than hvevm in game days!

I made the text look a bit nicer. There will be a line between the game over message and the process returned message (can't get rid of it so it'll stay). I also made sure words don't get cut off by the window, so you won't need to stretch the window.

I got the day counter to work! You'll get a game over after day 7 now. Days progress by sleeping, or after completing a certain action. I might be able to map a button to tell you the day at any time. I hope it works!
