nice game
This has to be the worst experience I've ever had to endure in my entire life.
First off, the dialogue was annoying to sit through. I ended up skipping them purely because I couldn't be bothered to sit there and listen to Firey’s dialogue blips, nor want to read the dialogue as it felt like every other existing FNF mod with dialogue in its week.
The music (if you could even call it that) was horrible to sit through. Every song was just an extremely poorly done remix of already existing songs, which compared to these actually do their job well at sounding like music. The vocals felt like the equivalent of listening to a fork being scraped across a chalkboard. Firey and Boyfriend sound bad in most of the songs, especially Firey. The charting for the songs was also pretty shit. It went off-sync with the songs themselves on multiple different occasions, including not even matching up with what’s being sung.
The sprites are the least bad part of this entire shithole. The animation is pretty bad, along with everything besides the assets taken from BFDI itself being poorly done. The backgrounds feel like they’re way too big, whilst also having background characters in them that not only have the same issue as Firey, but they just don’t move at all. They’re like oversized cardboard cutouts of the characters they’re meant to be, except they look weird.
The mod is 3 years old, but I've seen things leagues better from the same time period.
TLDR; Never cook again, this shit is trash. Like, the equivalent of a baby trying to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich by cooking it, but you don’t even fucking need to cook them. That’s how bad it is.

Something I'd like to mention is that this mod got edited and reuploaded with the title of "VS Firey: Recoded." It's basically Version 1, but the charts and dialogue are slightly edited; the in-game title is called "VS Firey: Recharted," but other than that, it's basically stolen.

One day, BF and GF were just strolling around town, then something mysterious happened. A portal had opened in the nearby area where they were and it sucked them in! When they awoke, they saw a strange entity they haven't seen before. A living fire named Firey. I'm sure we all know what happens next.
This is a full 2 week mod that I spent quite a bit of making and editing together, from making custom character poses to charting every single song for all 3 difficulties, so I hope you all enjoy playing this!
Firey and BFDI is made and owned by Jacknjellify on YouTube. This is a fan creation that I have had as an idea for a long while now, and thanks to Psych Engine's easy to understand creation tools, this mod was possible!
