Intelligent Tic-Tac-Toe

My first attempt at using AI, tell me what you think :)

Use the numbered keys to choose which space you wish to place a cross at. The first tile is '1', the second across the the left is '2', the third: '3', the fourth (1st space on the second row) '4', etc.
