Awesome game This game scared me quite a bit.
I stumble over my words a bit at the beginning of the game but that's just my curse, not being able to read well. XD
There is a lot to love about this game. Having been at a bus stop alone in the middle of the night before, this game really spoke to me. The visuals were both very unique and chilling. The film grain effect created a visual obstruction not seen in other games which only added to the eerie atmosphere. If anyone is interested, this is my playthrough. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=KZOjHiNlnTc the game was short but sweet. Hope to see more!
This game was very cool. I love the style. Here is my let's play. Letter to a Friend - YouTube
this looks like a half remembered memory that is trying it’s hardest to cling on, while the patient can’t help but focus on something else. i love it
"Letter To A Friend" is a short first person experience about the unspeakable horror that creeps up on you at a nightly train station.
Its visual references come from expressionistic silent movies and old analog recordings.
The game was made in 48 hours during the Asylum Jam 2015 and is a proof of concept regarding the visual aestethics and atmosphere. It serves as a basis for an upcoming game.
