MyGameEngine for Monkey X cross-translator
So... I don't know why, but it's really hard for me to learn to use an existing game-engine for some odd reason. So, I started creating my own from scratch. This engine gets a lot of influences from HaxePunk, which is a port for Haxe from FlashPunk. There's still a lot of work to do, before I can start creating games with it, though - which doesn't really matter to me, since I've really been enjoying creating this engine. :)
Features:
Scenes and Transitions
Entities with image cache, masks and collision detection
Sound cache
Input defining
Tilemaps with current support for TileD format only
Not yet implemented:
Particles and Emitters
Debug/developer console
