It happened abruptly. Night fell in an instant. Every alleyway, faded into obscurity.
The entire city is now overrun by faceless, masked figures.
The sun has vanished, the show is over. The constant fog muffles the sound, as every street lamp goes out.
And right beneath the last remaining street light, you'll stand as the exception, until every single one of them drops dead.

NIGHTLIGHT is a short endless arena side-scroller shooter developed by a single developer.
Embark on endless rounds of enemy encounters, unlock achievements, purchase weapon upgrades, and strive for a higher score with each playthrough!
DEV NOTES
This is my first proper original game, developed primarily as a small experiment to create a side-scroller-shooter, short and simple to make but still fun.
The game originally came out in 2021, but I decided to update and further enhance it with a lot of improvements in 2023.
The build here on the page is the most up-to-date version, still resembling the game I made back in 2021.
