Is someone still working on the Game? It would be very sad if not, because thats looks sooooo good and many other Mods etc. are cancelt... I hope not, because I would love the Game for sure...

Niko knows it isn't real now. The collapse has happened, and while you're traveling with the minecart, Niko doesn't even want to look at you... or up, rather. Nobody can really see you..... Yet.
You draw yourself a spritesheet, and add yourself as an "actor" in RPGXP. You walk up to Niko in an overboard attempt to reassure them, and upon figuring out who you are, they're trying to kill you.
