This is a Five Nights At Freddy's Fan Game.

Five Nights at Freddy's (FNAF) and Five Nights at Freddy's 2 (FNAF 2,3,4,sister location) are point-and-click survival horror games developed by Scott Cawthon. In both games, you're cast as a nighttime security guard at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, a kiddie party venue that's similar to Chuck E Cheese's.
