INSTRUCTIONS

1. Only Germany and Austria are the open countries. Click a unit and then press m to make it follow the cursor anywhere, until you press s. For mobile, just press the stop to make it stop.

2. You need to fight a different faction to get naval supremacy and travel through the sea.

3. Everything else is self-explanatory for the game.
