LISA: The Hopeful Rando Route

I understand that this is a test mod and not complete yet, but I'm genuinely confused. I tried playing this and I honestly can't figure out what's going on at all. There's also zero description of what the content of the mod actually is, I assumed it'd be an AU where the Hopeful crew joins the Rando Army. Instead it just seems like Beltboy's overworld sprites were replaced with Rando, random sprites are either there for no reason or just don't exist, and the project just generally seems really rushed. I know someone else commented on the lack of combos already but it definitely doesn't help things. I don't mean to be rude when I say this, but I need to ask. Is this meant to be a shitpost/joke mod? Like that's not a rhetorical question, I'd genuinely like to know if this mod is a joke or if it's just very, VERY early in development. Again, sorry if any of this came off as rude.
