Fully up to date and customizable Undertale Engine.
Godot Version 4.1.1 required.

Added the overworld to the engine. Also did some changes to stuff like the heart.

Update: Fixed some heart issues that caused heart throws to (sometimes) not function correctly.

Also, I added some quality of life improvements for better coding workflow. Took them from my Underswap fangame (more on that soon).

Revamped a bit of the Item class and it's subclasses because it wasn't working as intended
Updated the Gaster Blaster a bit so it is more accurate to other engines.
