this guy is never gonna release a download link as they are not the original project 06 dev and besides sega would take this page down if he tries to release an emulation file just stick to the original project 06 devs youtube as it has the game download https://youtu.be/SCD5aQLlCD4

Sonic the Hedgehog: Project '06 is a platform game developed by an Argentinian programmer Ian "ChaosX" Moris for Windows.
It is an unofficial remake of the 2006 video game Sonic the Hedgehog, originally developed by Sonic Team and published by Sega for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
