Space Junk

You play as the S.A.G.A.N Droid Launched 7th March 2032 by the Australian Space Organisation Agency and are tasked with the mission of clearing the debris from low earth orbit after a small space junk fragment impacted the ISS (international Space Station) causing an oxygen containment system to fail and exploded. These debris now pose a threat to other Satellites, Stations and Spacecraft. Using the Gravitational Tractor System you must capture space junk and debris and take them into the A.S.O.A’s newest invention the Hyper-loop, which the sun's radiation and solar energy as a concentrated electrical explosion to vaporise the junk. You must vaporise all 25 object of concern and only then will your mission be complete.

Space Junk opens the players eyes to the quite real threats of space exploration, as today an estimated 500 000 pieces of space debris and space junk orbit our earth posing threats to satellites, space station such as the ISS and space shuttle and other exploration craft. Things like TV, Phone Service and Internet would be disabled if our interconnected world of satellites were to fail. The game is based in a Science Fiction world with the threats in the game stemming from real life problems were as the exploring species that we are will have to face one day.
