UNDERTALE: SPROUT is a prequel to UNDERTALE by Toby Fox, taking heavy inspiration from other games and franchises like UNDERTALE: YELLOW, DELTARUNE, and The Legend of Zelda.
UNDERTALE: SPROUT, follows Sprout (named as such for a very very important reason yet to be disclosed! 
) a lonely yet kind human that has fallen from Mt. Ebbot into the underground and changes the lives of monsters through acts of kindness. They meet new and familiar characters, like Gerson a wise old man who acts as a companion of sorts, and his son Alvin, a hot headed kid with big ambitions.
As Sprout explores expanded areas like the RUINS and its City, they solve different puzzles akin to dungeons in TLoZ, and they find and earn recipes from other characters that allow for the creation of their own healing items, all while showing monsterkind the true meaning of KINDNESS.
