the opening scene and the intro with some exposition looks fucking awesome. the game's style is pretty simple but good tho love the aesthetics it has going for it
but there's also some nasty fucking bugs with the demo, firstly the health potion don't restore jack shit or if they restore they restore the bare fucking minimum of health, and if you die by any chance while in the tutorial and decide to go from the last checkpoint then you're fucked cause you can't pickup the pencil again so you're left defenseless against the doodles. bruh
also a bit of a suggestion it would be cool af if instead of a swiping attack you could attack with the pencil like a spear since it's, well, more fucking useful if you want to pierce something rather than swing around it like a fucking caveman lololololol. so yeah just a suggestion. maybe make it an alternative attack with slower windup, bigger reach and make it move the main character a lil bit in the direction they're doing the piercing attack lol
