I am the one who got their hands on the new engine pretty early, and I just want to say, it's a lot better than the old one.
Hey, could you make something that is an editor in itself, not requiring gamemaker?
Great Job Dude amazing Engine! but you are using a custom engine for the overworld or you are basing of this? https://gamejolt.com/games/ut-overworld-engine-tl/335697 is is not i recommend to you to use is good :D

---RESPONSIBILITIES---
Make sure you read this first. You don't want us to get into trouble, do you?
---ABOUT---
This is yet another one of the Undertale engines out there you could use.
Only thing I could say:
It is almost everything that you need to make an Undertale fangame of your own. Design the overworld, make some battles, get creative with the dialogue, among others.
...shops are not about to get included, though. (But with the knowledge that this engine could give you, why not make your own?)
The engine shall be replaced soon. Stay alert for announcements in the near future.
---REQUIREMENTS---
You'll need electricity, a working computer, a keyboard and/or mouse, a monitor, and most importantly, GameMaker: Studio 1.4 or later in order to be able to utilize this engine.
---HELP---
Here's how to import the project for use in GameMaker:
Download the .gmz file provided in this page.
Open GameMaker: Studio.
Go to the Import tab.
Select the .gmz file that you have downloaded. It is likely to be found in the Downloads folder.

Also, please consider that I may not implement what you asked for, even if I liked your ideas. There may be thePlease don’t hesitate to ask something to the developer! (That's me.)
Constructive criticism is also allowed! It counts as suggestion if you point out the flaws of the engine.
